From 14 to 16 February, the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) organized the Genitourinary Cancers Symposium in San Francisco. Oncologists from all over the world assembled to talk about the latest developments concerning the diagnosis, treatment and study of urogenital cancers. Commissioned by Janssen Oncology, OnlineSeminar was at the congress as well, acting as a facilitator of live webinars and video recordings.
Knowledge sharing at a distance
A mobile studio was the perfect setting for a round table discussion with four medical experts. During this specific webinar, the Key Opinion Leaders shared the most important take-home messages they had gathered during the symposium. Furthermore, viewers were able to directly ask questions to the experts.
Colleagues were able to follow these live webinars from any place in the world. And for those who were unable to attend the broadcasts, practical on demand versions were made available on an oncological website forum.
OnlineSeminar’s team took care of the medical webinars and video recordings down to the last detail: from planning, the studio set-up and support on location, to the extended webinar reports afterwards.
